Startup BizCast #6 – Time Management Tips for Small Business Owners (Ruth Klein)

Each month, Discover Small Business Watch surveys small business owners. One recent edition detailed just how much small business owners work. The findings weren’t horribly surprising for anyone who’s ever launched their own company — many small business owners work far too much. Much of that has to do with the nature of the beast. We have to wear many, many hats. But because of that, time management is critical.

In episode 6 of Startup BizCast, a podcast with small business advice provided via interviews with small business owners and other experts, I’m thrilled to talk with nationally known business consultant Ruth Klein. Her time management tips have been quoted in Reader’s Digest and Oprah Winfrey’s O Magazine. She’s the author of a variety of books on business, including Time Management Secrets For Working Women. She also owns her own small marketing firm, hosts seminars on management techniques, and has a podcast called Time Management Secrets With Ruth Klein.

I always love to hear your feedback on this episode and future ones. The best way is to leave a voicemail by calling (206) 984-0860. Of course, you can also leave a review on iTunes or a comment on this blog.
